This policy explains how YOU. Training Hub (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through this website, including the “Discuss Your First SOP” enquiry form. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through the website, we collect:
- your name, business name and work email address
- your phone number and preferred contact method, if you provide them
- your industry and the approximate number of employees, if you provide it
- the procedure or training topic you describe, and what you tell us about how it is currently taught
- your confirmation that we may contact you about the enquiry
- the page you sent the enquiry from and any campaign tags in the link you followed (for example,
utm_source), plus the date and time of your enquiry.
If you email or call us, we collect the details you choose to share.
We do not ask for sensitive information (such as health information), and we ask that you do not include it, or any confidential documents or personal details about your staff, in the enquiry form.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- respond to your enquiry and discuss whether a first SOP video would suit your needs
- prepare a proposal or quote you have asked for
- keep a record of our contact with you and follow up on your enquiry
- understand which pages and campaigns lead to enquiries
- protect the website from spam and misuse.
Sending an enquiry does not sign you up to marketing. We will only send you marketing communications if you separately agree, and you can opt out at any time.
Overseas storage
Some of our service providers store or process information outside Australia. Airtable stores data in the United States, and Netlify may process data in the United States and other countries. We choose established providers and take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Storage, security and retention
This website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Enquiries are sent from our server directly to our customer records system; access is limited to people who need it to respond to you, and the credentials used are kept on the server rather than in the web page.
We keep enquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you, manage any resulting working relationship and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first.

If you are concerned about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.
